characteristics: 

Phenolic Resin S-1045 is a kind of Heat reactive octylphenol-formaldehyde resin with methylol  active group.it can be used in BR,EPDM,NBR,CR and NR.It is soluble in aromatic hydrocarbon solvents.

 

Applications:

①Phenolic Resin S-1045 is widely used in the production of tire,stoppers,coating,adhesive,rubber roll etc.

②when Phenolic Resin S-1045 acts as a curing agent it should be used together with activator such as 5~10% chloroprene rubber or 2~5% metal halogen.Phenolic Resin S-1055(SP-1055 equivalent) and Phenolic Resin S-1065(SP-1065 equivalent) don’t need use together with activator as there is bromine in it.
